Vorinostat is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. It can play a role by inducing cell differentiation, blocking cell cycle and inducing cell regulation. Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL, a type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) that has failed to respond to treatment with exacerbations, persistence, and recurrence or with two systemic drugs. CTCL is a type of T-cell cancer that affects white blood cells in the skin.
