Polyoxin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic bactericide, easily soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents such as methanol and acetone,
stable to ultraviolet rays and in acid and neutral solutions, and unstable in alkaline solutions, at room temperature Stable under storage.
Low toxicity to higher animals, low toxicity to fish and bees. It has good control effect on cucumber downy mildew, powdery mildew,
ginseng black spot, apple and pear gray spot, and rice sheath blight.
Function:
Broad-spectrum antimicrobial fungicide, with systemic conduction effect. The mechanism of action is to interfere with the biosynthesis
of chitin in the cell wall. Some fungi of the Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes that use chitin as a matrix to form the cell
wall will locally swell, rupture, overflow the cell contents and cause death when the germ tube and mycelium come into contact with the
agent. Mainly used to control wheat powdery mildew, ginseng black spot, tobacco brown spot, cucumber downy mildew, melon wilt, rice
sheath blight, apple spotted leaf disease, strawberry and grape gray mold, tree sheath blight, etc. Kind of fungal disease. For example,
using Polyan 10% wettable powder at 1000 to 2000 times can prevent wheat powdery mildew and rice sheath blight, if the dosage is 15
to 22.5g/100m2, spraying at the blooming period can prevent and control crops such as tomatoes and strawberries. For gray mold,
spray once every 7 days, a total of 3 to 4 times. For apple spot defoliation, spray with 50-100mg/L polyoxin solution during the growth
period and peak period of apple spring shoots.
