Function

Aciclovir, also known as acyclic Guanyin, is an antiviral drug of guanine analogues. A Silowe is one of the most commonly used antiviral drugs, mainly used in the treatment of herpes simplex virus infection, and can also be used for herpes zoster. A Silowe was due to its high selectivity and low toxicity and is regarded as the beginning of a new era of antiviral therapy, the inventor of the U.S. pharmacologist Gertrude B elion (Gertrude Belle Elion) is therefore won the 1988 Nobel prize in physiology or medicine.

Application

The product is a purine nucleoside derivatives, inhibition of DNA synthesis, the anti herpes virus activity of adenosine
arabinoside 160 times stronger. It is used for herpes simplex virus encephalitis, herpes virus keratitis and external genital
infection, varicella zoster virus infection, cytomegalovirus infection, chronic hepatitis B and so on.
