Introduction:
This product is semi-synthetic broad-spectrum penicillin, which is not absorbed by oral administration.This product is stable to beta-lactamase, has high antibacterial activity to gram-negative bacteria, is sensitive to some gram-negative bacteria resistant to the third generation cephalosporin, has high activity to enterococcus, hemolytic streptococcus and so on, but poor activity to pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Temoxicillin is a semi - synthetic penicillin resistant to lactamase.Has high antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria, against bacteria?Lactamase is highly stable, and certain third generation cephalosporin-resistant gram-negative bacteria are effectively treated with this product.Good antibacterial activity against enterobacter bacteria and hemolytic streptococcus. But the activity of pseudomonas aeruginosa was poor.
